Through this partnership, Trinity now enhances that experience by providing independent construction risk and draw review services directly within the LendingWise Draw Management module. Together, we are helping lenders streamline operations, reduce risk, and make more confident decisions throughout the construction lending lifecycle.

Supporting LendingWise with Trusted Construction Risk Expertise

LendingWise continues to serve as the system of record for all loan and draw activity. Trinity’s role is to support their workflow by offering objective, third‑party analysis at the two most critical stages of a construction loan: before closing and throughout the draw process.

Pre‑Funding: Project Review

Before a construction loan is funded, Trinity provides an independent review of the proposed construction project. This early evaluation helps lenders identify potential issues before capital is deployed.

Our pre‑funding review typically includes:

  • Ensuring the budget is complete and internally consistent
  • Assessing line‑item reasonableness
  • Confirming alignment across all project documentation. (Budget, Contract, Appraisal and Plans & Specs)
  • Identifying cost gaps or areas of elevated risk
  • Confirmation of line-item and overall % complete
  • Photos documenting work-in-place
  • Line-item and project level comments
  • Detailed report for audit purposes

Within LendingWise, the lender enables Draw Management for the loan, the construction budget is finalized inside the platform, Trinity reviews the budget prior to funding, and any findings or recommended adjustments are addressed before the loan moves forward. This step strengthens risk management and reduces the likelihood of downstream draw complications.

Post‑Funding: Draw Request Analysis and Review

Once the loan is funded, Trinity continues to support lenders by processing onsite draw inspections which are submitted through the LendingWise borrower portal.

Within LendingWise, borrowers submit draw requests through the portal, requests follow the standard Draw Management workflow, Trinity performs an independent review of each project to determine work-in-place prior to the lender releasing funds, and lenders retain full approval authority. LendingWise manages workflow logic, permissions, statuses, and payment processes, while Trinity provides the inspection results so the lender can make informed, timely decisions before releasing requested funds.
