Trinity’s 1004d reassesses a property's value based on the current market value and certifies the completion of construction. It also provides interior and exterior photos of the property within a 2 to 3 day turn time, assuming accessibility to the property.

Trinity’s Condominium Unit Appraisal Report provides a unit appraisal within a condominium project or a condominium unit in a planned unit development (PUD) based on an interior and exterior inspection report of the subject property. Complete with photos. Our appraisers utilize Fannie Mae 1073 and Freddie Mac 465 forms.
Exterior Appraisal Report
Trinity’s Exterior Residential Appraisal Report provides an appraisal of a one-unit property or a one-unit property with an accessory unit, complete with photos. The analysis is based on an exterior inspection report of the subject property from the street. Our appraisers utilize the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac 2055 form.

A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is a method used by real estate brokers to estimate a property's selling price. The price is based on local and regional real estate market information, current neighborhood conditions and comparable properties that are currently for sale or have been sold.
Manufactured Home Report
Trinity’s Manufactured Home Appraisal provides an appraisal of a one-unit manufactured home using Fannie Mae 1004c and Freddie Mac 70B Forms. The report includes an interior and exterior inspection report of the subject property with photos.
Uniform Residential 1004 Report
Our appraisers use a 1004 report, also known as the Appraisal Report (URAR), to estimate the market value of the subject property as defined in Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Valuations are based on an interior and exterior inspection report of the subject property and exterior inspection reports of all comparable sales. Complete with photos.
Income Property Appraisal Report
Trinity’s Income Property Appraisal Report provides an appraisal of a two-to four-unit property utilizing Fannie Mae 1025 and Freddie Mac 72 forms. Complete with photos.
Land Appraisal Report
Trinity’s Land Appraisal Report provides an appraisal of a vacant lot. The analysis is based on an inspection report of the vacant land from the street, and provides photos that support the results.
Property Land Survey Report
Trinity’s Residential Property Land Survey includes a written description of a property, complete with street address, building location, adjacent properties, photos and right-of-ways or easements.
Retro AVM
Trinity’s Retroactive Automated Valuation Model (AVM) combines comparable property sales data with a comprehensive desk review and corresponding properties at a point of time in the past. Answering the question, “What was the property value XX months’ ago,” Trinity’s Retro AVM considers all relevant market value and is based on subject property data, similar properties, indexes of recent sales and an algorithm model to generate a value based estimated amount.
