Brad Meyer
President and Chief Executive Officer

Brad Meyer co-founded Trinity Real Estate Solutions after spending several successful years with a national real estate closing services company. His vision and dedication to his employees, technology, customer service and continuous improvement provides a solid foundation that serves Trinity’s customers well.

Prior to entering the real estate closing services industry, Brad served at a financial services company and created a company culture that was recognized by the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Program). He spent 21 years in various technical, customer service, project management and executive leadership positions at a worldwide computer manufacturer/servicer and at an air and oil filtration manufacturer. Brad’s successful record of accomplishments in mortgage lending, financial services, field services, manufacturing and technology has proven to be invaluable to the continued growth and advancements of Trinity.

Doug Harrison
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer

Doug Harrison, co-founder of Trinity Real Estate Solutions, brings more than 20 years of experience within the financial and real estate industries to the Trinity team. Doug’s leadership and dedication to people management, operational performance, financial accounting and reporting is unsurpassed. His professional background includes working as a first vice president at a global credit company and in the global telecommunications, international finance and banking industries. His broad range of experience has included virtually every aspect of finance and controllership, operations management, human resources and systems implementation.

David Schedler
Chief Technology Officer

David Schedler leads Trinity with a broad base of experience in the information technology field. As a technology expert since 1985, his experience with web-enabled, mission-critical applications is invaluable to Trinity employees and customers. Prior to joining Trinity, David managed programmers and business analysts at contract software firms, mortgage lenders, internet banking and retail firms.

David’s management and leadership experience, “hands-on” focus and dedication to customers sets him apart in the industry. He possesses the expertise necessary to assist customers in integrating loan origination and construction management systems within Trinity’s production platform.

Chris Wood
Risk Management Manager - Construction

Chris joined Trinity with a strong history of residential construction experience. His knowledge of the construction process has earned him immense respect from our customers, inspectors, builders, borrowers and employees. Prior to joining Trinity, Chris managed the construction of over 100 homes, evaluated energy efficiency compliance for EnergyStar™ homes and worked with local permitting and code enforcement officials.

Chris’ construction experience, attention to detail and ethical standards have led Trinity to a higher level of performance. To assist in the success of Trinity’s customers, Chris conducts Construction 101 classes, searches for out-of-the-box solutions to solve customer’s difficult problems and sets an exceptional example for his department to follow.

Jerry Sattler
Manager of Operations

Jerry Sattler began leading the Trinity team after spending over 15 years in the Construction Lending and Loss Mitigation departments at some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions. His background in new construction and mortgage compliance practices, along with his ability to mitigate risk between builders and borrowers is invaluable to our customers. Jerry’s passion for excellence and leadership continue to drive our operations team to succeed through effective communication and extensive risk analysis.
