A borrower may “silently” list their construction project for sale without informing their lender. Most lenders are unable to manually search for the sale status of a property, but Trinity can help.


We will complete a database search based on the property address and provide the sale status of the property within 72 hours. If the property is listed, we report the date listed,  list price and realtor’s name and number for your records. Trinity will complete all the research you need to mitigate your risk.
