One of our local field inspectors will conduct a walk-through inspection with the borrower or contractor, taking pictures of the site and discussing the proposed project, and our in-house Construction Management Specialist will review the project plans, specifications, construction contract, and cost breakdown as necessary to ensure the project’s budget is adequate to complete the work described. The report also summarizes the project, provides a line-by-line analysis of the cost breakdown, and notes any discrepancies or additional repairs needed.
