Who is Trinity Real Estate Solutions?

Trinity Real Estate Solutions is a unified company that serves the banking, mortgage lending, insurance and credit card industries. In order to sufficiently meet the needs of our clients, we operate as four companies: Trinity Inspection Services, Trinity Field Services, Trinity Appraisal Services and Trinity Loan Administration.

Where is Trinity Located?

Trinity’s Dallas, TX office houses our support staff, leadership team and risk management department. Although our field team of appraisers, inspectors, contractors and brokers are located throughout the nation, Trinity schedules, reviews and maintains quality control on all orders from our office in Dallas. We are centrally located, allowing us to serve coast-to-coast in all 50 states.

What communication methods does Trinity use to fulfill orders and reports?

Trinity uses a network of professional vendors, desktop reviews and dedicated account mangers to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.Our nationwide network of over 10,000 field service representatives includes licensed real estate appraisers, licensed real estate brokers, construction contractors and property inspectors.

When an order is received, Trinity communicates the details and turn time of the assignment with the field representative. Upon receipt of the report, the order is reviewed by a member of the Trinity team. Once the order is approved, customers will receive an email with the report attached and a link to view the report on our website.

How does Trinity resolve problems and concerns?

Trinity provides each client with an account manager, not the phone number of a call center. Our account managers are dedicated, dependable and proactive, ensuring that all problems and concerns are resolved quickly. Additionally, our tracking system continuously monitors orders nearing their deadline, enabling Trinity’s team to easily identify problems or issues that arise.

Inspectors

What are the professional standards for Trinity’s inspectors?

Trinity holds its inspectors to the highest standard of professionalism. All Trinity inspectors are required to provide an honest judgment of the project regardless of outside pressures or influences. Our inspectors are also required to complete all reports with the highest quality and professionalism. Any inspector who violates these standards is removed from the fee panel.

How does Trinity ensure their inspectors maintain these standards of professionalism?

Trinity sends documented requirements to each inspector for every order. We also constantly seek feedback from clients regarding the quality and timeliness of all work completed, including the performance of our inspectors. Any negative feedback with respect to an inspector could result in the removal of that inspector from the Trinity panel.

Products / Serving Customers

What types of reports are available to customers and how are the reports automated?

Customers can view turn time reports, invoices and daily activity reports via our website or email. Trinity uses XML integration and RSS (Real Simple Syndication) inbound and outbound feeds to enhance and simplify the customer’s report process.

Can Trinity combine multiple products into one report?

Yes. When a client needs multiple reports on one property, we can combine our products to simplify the ordering process. For example, our Merged Report is a packaged product that contains a Property Information Report, Broker’s Price Opinion and a Draw Inspection – all in one. How do I place an order?

Trinity utilizes an internet platform supported by a SQL database for ease of use and integration. Orders can be placed through our secure website 24/7 using an individual username and password. For specific instructions and login information, visit our Contact Us page to request more information.

What if I have a question about a product or report?

Our team is available Monday through Friday from 7AM – 6PM CT to assist you. Additionally, you will be given a personal account manager to answer questions or address any issues regarding an order. Our Contact Form is another resource to receive additional information about a product or to request sample reports.
