Trinity’s centralized risk management staff reviews reports and serves as experts on construction projects. Our risk department's manager, a former builder, has extensive experience working with local permitting and code enforcement officials, and creating energy efficiency compliance for EnergyStar™ homes. He also serves as a consultant on various client and borrower construction loan issues, including projects that were previously managed by an independent inspector or a competitor.
Occasionally, there are projects that require our risk management team to be directly involved on-site, especially with troubled assets. With extensive experience and hands-on construction knowledge, our team serves as specialists on any construction project.
Every construction member of our staff, along with all account managers and administrators, has experience performing an inspection. This experience gives our team the ability to understand the inspection process and provides insight on setting the industry standard for inspections. Having walked in the shoes of an inspector, our staff can address, with ease, any inspection issues or concerns that arise.
